warp - preloader for kwin

preload applications: only application window is hidden -> no time is required for activation
For programmers it can be seen as an example on how to use dcop wmiface and netwmctrl.
provides other useful functionality for hiding/changing the working are of an application: amongst others - apple like single instance launch command(holeher)
usage possibilities:
* for hotkey bindings (e.g. with lineakd)
* as a library for your own shell scripts
* for direct invocation (desktop/ kicker buttons)
may even be used for non KDE sessions if kwin is used as window manager or if any other wmiface/netwmctrl compatible window manager is used
