Application for fetching public proxies from different web sites.

No changelog, it is too big, anyway, there is proxfetch 3.5 on gtk-apps, it has a change log but i cannot log into that account to make update so have created new.
This app can:
Fetch http proxies
Fetch socks proxies
Fetch web proxies
Has small browser for manual proxy checking
Has a port scanner for searching for proxies in a wild.
It is limited and it is planned.
