This is Arch Linux running KDE with the latest SuSE Kickoff menu (new qstyle based version) patched for Arch and also Beryl/Aquamarine...

It should be easy to adapt kickoff for other distros by just reading through the PKGBUILDs, they are pretty easy to understand :)

Nice screenshot. I see you're using my kdeicons-oxygen-svn package for Arch. ;-)
BTW, you're using the kdemod packages of funkyou right?
