Is that really kwin? Or are you using metacity?
If thats kwin, could you please tell me the name of the theme.

There's no such theme for Kwin. :( Which is why I'm using Metacity. :)

That's really awesome. Can you please tell me where did you get the wallpaper and what are these icons and what font and where did you get that kicker background and how did you make that shadow under the kicker?

The wallpaper is barber_shop (http://tnij.org/barber_shop).
Icons: Tango set (http://tango.freedesktop.org/Tango_Icon_Gallery). You need to patch kdelibs and kdebase to use them in KDE.
Font: Cambria.
Kicker: I think I found it here, at kde-look.org. :)
Shadow: xcompmgr
