Added wallpaper, dolphin/konqueror icons, kbfx theme, domino config and KDE colour scheme

A few colours in configs were wrong, so have now corrected these.

Kde has an option for a macbar.

kcontrol,desktop,behavior

and option is here, I just hide bottom panel and use AWN

you can get these legally by downloading office 2007 power point viewer and installing with wine.
