I've published the hidpi skin here: https://github.com/tiberiuichim/atomic-hidpi maybe you have a better place for this code to be? For the HiDPI version all I did was (besides figuring things out), run this script https://github.com/tiberiuichim/atomic-hidpi/blob/master/convert.py in each of the "tabs" and "title" folders from the skin.

I only have a yoga pro 2, my laptop, to test. I've also published a yakuake fork here: https://github.com/tiberiuichim/customkuake which adds an option to pad the tab titles with a bit of space.
