Based in Classic95 GTK Icon Theme by GUTE.

* Classic95 GTK Icon Theme by GUTE (I changed the tux overlay icon for Windows95 icon (See screenshots)
* MATE Desktop Screensaver Floaters (See screenshot)
* Windows95 Original System Sounds
* Windows95 Original Wallpapers (1280x800)
* Instructions of installation in each folder.

Works very well in Debian 9 (Stretch) and MATE Desktop 1.16.2
