Fake progress bar for bootsplash

This is a fake progress bar for bootsplash. It can be used with any bootsplash, not just the one in the screenshot., and can be placed anywhere on the screen. It is meant to be used with the 'fbmngplay' program available from bootsplash.org
In the package are two mng files one fast and one slow, and also the xcf source file.
