Psion is a bold industrial look drawn as a setting for Buuf icons. This version is massively updated for Plasma 5.21.
A hack for GTK3 apps is here - https://www.opendesktop.org/s/Gnome/p/1236001/

I like it! I found only one nasty GUI issue... I hope it will be fixed:
I would like explain it using Gherkin language :)
GIVEN Kubuntu Linux distro
WHEN I activate Psion for windows frames
AND maximize the window to fit all desktop area
THEN in the 'top left' region of the window (where application icon and pin button are located) I see "100% transparent" rectangular area .
BUT I expect same dark tone are instead
Note, This transparent rectangular area around the icon and the pin button vanishes away if I resize window again back to original size....

If you want to install it manually, download the decoration https://www.opendesktop.org/p/1235540/ and extract it to ~/.local/share/aurorae/themes then open KRunner and run 'kwin_x11 --replace'.

And it's interesting how you stuck the topic of BUAf in Kf5. A couple of years ago I tried KDE and didn’t switch over - one of the reasons was that the icons themes were really very dull and smeared. And at 4 I just had a BUAF. And here I see that you have it - the main question "But how."
Sorry about my English.
