10 Thank you very much! This theme made me happy!
It happens that the titles in the titles do not fit for example (virtual machine manager). But overall, everything works fine.

Cheers. Can you post a screenshot of the problem so I can fix it?

I'm guessing it's about using the "Global scale 150%" (System setting ->Display configuration parameter). If I change the parameter to 100% everything looks good.

Aurorae seems hard coded to render at 96DPI. For example, with scaling set to 150% (fonts are 144DPI), go to Fonts and use 'Force DPI' to set 96 and Aurorae will render correctly. Unless Aurorae is updated, there's not much I can do.

Many weird things happening here. Some global themes install, some don't. Reactionary doesn't. The workaround is to change the Plasma Style to Breeze then back to Reactionary in System Settings. You could also try editing ~/.local/share/plasma/look-and-feel/Reactionary/contents/defaults . Make sure the last line is 'name=Reactionary' . Note the capital R not lower case.
Could you let me know how you installed (Get new themes, Discover, etc) so I can track down the problem further.

Okay. After switching everything works except window title buttons, they still has some kind of weird border. Maybe its shadow problem? https://i.imgur.com/k7GCNNy.png
Anyway, nice theme. Have you thought about making winXP theme?

Could you try installing from git? https://www.opencode.net/phob1an/reactionary I'll write an installer if you're not comfortable using git. Would like to know what's happening. Also, which distro out of interest?

Also I can not delete theme using KDE theming settings, only manual file deleting

I just started learning git, I know only basics like "branch"/"rebase"/"checkout", but I dont know how to actually use cloning etc. So it would be awesome if you make an installer. And I was installing via built-in KDE theming settings. Distro is Manjaro KDE 20

Try this: http://my.opendesktop.org/s/BA589gCito7Kc8z
Download and run in a terminal as 'sh install.sh'
It will remove any previous versions of Reactionary. Make sure Global Theme is set to Breeze (or other) before running.
Had a mate try installing from 'Get new themes' but it failed for him also. Something I need to work on.

Gimme about an hour or two and I'll write an installer. I'm running Manjaro too so no clues there. See you in a while.

Have a look here: https://www.pling.com/p/1376447/. Any feedback is welcome. Not entirely happy with the look but want to find out that it works at least. Might put the session chooser back in.

Having failed to install a Win XP theme, I was pleased ot find Reactionary.
It is close enough to feel familiar and so speed up navigation.....
..... until I browsed folders and files and found that most had no icon showing.

Reverting to KDE's default Breeze theme ... file icons in folders appeared again.

Is there a setting to restore missing icons in Folders when using Reactionary ?

Updated. Reactionary no longer sets the icon theme so you can choose your own.

Sorry that was wrong. (Been a while since I worked on this.) Reactionary does try to set DamasDamas as icon theme. Will update this later today.

Reactionary doesn't set the icon theme but Breeze icons follow colorscheme (setting white on white for example) so perhaps you could try setting a different icon theme. If that doesn't work can you post a screenshot for me to look at.

Global Themes

Global Themes in Plasma are Meta- or Super-Themes, capable of changing multiple aspects of the desktop environment at once, like Window Decoration, Plasma Theme, Color Scheme, Icon Theme etc. In addition, one can define the complete Layout, like what panel to use where, the menu type used and much more.

An example Global Theme:
