This is Mint-Y theme with title buttons from macOS Yosemite.
Installations folders are: ~/.themes/ or /usr/share/themes
The theme is intended for GNOME

You need to replace **index.theme** with the following to avoid conflict with Mint-Y:

[Desktop Entry]
Type=X-GNOME-Metatheme
Name=macOS Green
Comment=A dark flat theme with transparent elements
Encoding=UTF-8

[X-GNOME-Metatheme]
GtkTheme=macOS-theme
MetacityTheme=macOS-theme
IconTheme=Mint-Y
CursorTheme=DMZ-Black
ButtonLayout=menu:minimize,maximize,close
