About this theme
Thanks to the old Vimix theme, XFCE Colour theme pack consists of 7 themes of different colours each:
XFCE Colour
XFCE Colour Beryl
XFCE Colour Doder
XFCE Colour Pink
XFCE Colour Purple
XFCE Colour Ruby
XFCE Colour Yellow
Each theme has a light (XFCE Colour Lite) and a dark (XFCE Colour Dark) variations.

Installation
Non-root Installation
Download and decompress the file (e.g.,
tar -xzvf XFCE_Colour_Lite.tar
or tar -xzvf XFCE_Colour_Dark.tar
) to ~/.themes/ directory.Root Installation
If you want to make it available for all users, then with root privileges:
Download and decompress the file and copy the contents to /usr/share/themes/ directory. Don't forget to change the ownership and group to root.
Finally change the theme from the xfce4 settings manager.

For the time being:
Go to Settings -> Panel -> Appearance -> Style -> Select `Solid Colour` or `Background image`
This will fix the issue
