Description:

These themes are Arc-Dark, the darkest variant of the arc theme, which is a flat theme with transparent elements for GTK 3, GTK 2 and GNOME Shell in support of GTK 3 and GTK 2 based desktop environments such as GNOME, Unity, Pantheon, Xfce, MATE, Cinnamon (>=3.4), Budgie Desktop (10.4 for GTK+3.22) etc.

Tested with LM 20.0 Cinnamon and XFCE, and with Ubuntu 20.04 LTS.

NOTE: Since these GTK themes also work in XFCE, the XFCE Arc-Dark Theme Collection VOLUME I is no longer published.

BONUS: Arc-Shark-Red, not pictured, added to mix! (uses Arc-Shark icons)

Beautiful, flat Suru++ monochromatic icons by Sam Hewitt complement the themes.

Tagging it as « Original » seems rather stretched to me.
« Mod » would be more appropriate methinks.

Perhaps you aren't familiar with the guidelines. If a body of work has been changed 60%-70% , it may be marked as an "original". It's a monumental task changing out only one color then ensuring that you find every instance of that color change, and that it changes when cinnamon is used in Linux Mint or gnome shell in Ubuntu. Keep in mind, I've changed out the complete color pallets to the point that these themes are barely recognizable as "arc-dark". Other bits of code have been cleaned up as well. So, yes, things aren't always as they seem.

These themes were based on my original XFCE Arc-Dark Theme Collection VOLUME I. Since these themes also work in XFCE environments and there was product overlap, that collection has been unpublished.

Arc is a little bit confusing. These themes are based on the darkest of the three arc variations, arc-dark. Only the color pallet has been changed. They work on a large number of OS's. Download one and try it out. Hope this helps. What OS do you have?
