I checked and everything is fine, Dolphin is Blur and Transparent.
There are two Kvantum Themes:
1. "Red-Dot-Black-Kvantum", Blur and Trasparent
2. "Red-Dot-Black-Solid-Kvantum", No Blur and No Transparent
