Description:

A simple plasmoid for checking current ATI PowerSave state I have made because of my overheating Acer notebook :)

Version 0.2 will support power state switching!

Install instructions
# tar xzfv atips-0.1.tar.gz
# cd atips-0.1
# cmake -DCMAKE_INSTALL_PREFIX=/usr .
# make
# make install (as root)

And of course you need ATI fglrx drivers with PowerSave support (through aticonfig)

What requirements does this plasmoid have?
Does it need fglrx or does it work with "radeon"- / "radeonhd"-driver?

This plasmoid does only monitor the graphicscard and can't harm it, doesn't it?

I have build this as a package for openSUSE 10.2 and 10.3. You can find the packages here: http://download.opensuse.org/repositories/home:/buschmann23:/KDE4/

Nice to see that a KDE4 has started to have a 3rd party plasmoids, and even very usefull one! :-)
