How do you do to get THIS desktop menu in gnome?. I tried to change the menu that cames with the default configuration of this desktop environment and i couldnt figure out how!!!. I'd like to get rid of the panels, so i have to get to the applications menu from the desktop and not from a panel applet.
Thanks and sorry my bad english - Oct 19 2010

Also, one of the things i really like of your theme, is that you have writen themes not only for metacity as most of the designers. Im an openbox user and its VERY annoying to have to go trying to match a new gtk theme with a foreign design on the window manager. Voted good.
Thanks. Keep up the great work. Sorry my ugly english. - Jun 02 2010

The are some gray/black/dark icon themes here at gnome-look. In my point of view all those themes loose consistence beacuse they are NOT totally gray/black/dark. There are always some litllte green draw on the icon, a red cross, or a blue planet on the firefox icon. This breaks all the harmony with all the other icons in the set, especially if you're using some dark or light theme. I suggest you take into account this fact for the design of your theme, that at first look seems very promising. But this is your theme and you have to do wathever you want with it. But this is your theme and you have to do whatever you want with it. Its just a suggestion.

Only one sugestion: the scroll bars and some controls are very thick. That takes the whole attention in the window drawing. It would be intresnting if you could make a "thin" vesion too, and an openbox theme for those who don't use gnome (like me), but I know that is too much, jajaja.
My english sucks, sorry.
Thanks, keep up the good work. - Mar 06 2010

Now I can use blackfuzz on my Openbox!. I't would be very constructive if every designer here build not only metacity themes for their gtk designs. I'ts very frustrating for people like me using a standalone WM to go looking for a foreign theme matching the gtk design.
Thanks man. Keep up the good work.

the side bars are too thick for my taste. Sometimes I open an application and the bars takes the whole attention taking off the uniformity of the theme. I think it would be enough with the half of the size matching the other bars on the middle of the Widget Factory window.
Keep up the excelent work.

I'd like to make you a suggestion:
I'm not a DE user (I don't use gnome, xfce, kde or lxde). I use openbox and I can't find a theme for my window manager matching yours. This is a very frustrating situation people like me have to confront frecuently, most gtk designers make only metacity themes. I can see you made a compiz theme also and you keep developing you amazing theme... it would be very interesting if you consider making an openbox theme for this design, it would encourage more people use your theme.
Thanks and sorry my bad english. - Jul 10 2009

Please, keep working on it, and don't mix it with another theme, that will ruin it. - Jul 07 2009

You made a metacity theme: it cannot be used in openbox. Openbox is a different WM that has its own themes. It woud be nice if you could build one so peolople using standalone openbox (like me) could use your theme without go trying yo match your desing with some foreign creation. Please, consider makeing a theme for openbox. Most of the peopole use gnome (gtk+metacity) or kde, and that's the why people using standalone WMs (like me) don't have our matching WM theme... it's very disgusting to try to patch the look of our desktop. - Jul 03 2009

I'd like to make a suggestion: I'm not a gnome user, I use openbox and didn't find an ob theme that matches yours. Maybe you could make a openbox theme for all those who need it. It would be very nice don't go looking for a foreign theme trying to match.
Thanks.
