I noticed this and I thought it was just my set up or xorg.conf, but it only happens with QtCurve. With the option "Frameless Group Boxes" set, the bold fonts get progressively uglier:

It seems that your style sends Firefox (possibly GTK in general) the incorrectly sized ? (question mark) icon when the option to "Map KDE icons" is set. This is using the Firefox 3 latest nightlies, and KDE 3.5.8

I love QtCurve, because I can do so many things with it. But one annoying thing is that the buttons don't resize themselves to the font size, like comboboxes, could you/is it possible, for you to implement this in QtCurve?

Well, I updated, and now every app seems to crash with QtCurve, including KControl, so I can't change the style back! Even the crash handler crashes! This happened after I decided to set the scrollbars to be the color of buttons. - Jun 20 2007

You have to get that, install it, and add it to your panel. Then you can right click it and hit configure, where you can change the names of the menus. - May 23 2007

The buttons don't have a black outline in Edgy as far as I've seen, but don't hold me to it, since these icons are taken from Ubuntu_Human for KDE

Spaces can be added between them by right clicking the toolbar, Configure Tool Bar and you can spacers.

Errrm... since it really isn't my buildset, all I can say is to check these things:

Do you have ImageMagick?
Do you have bz2
Do you have tar? (Well duh, obvious, but still)

But with the K Menu, the button for KBFX is slow, I've tried on Kubuntu and Fedora.

When it is pressed, it stays "down" for a sec or two after the menu is gone before popping "up". - May 16 2007
