to change it easily without touching the gtkrc can use gnome-color-chooser, BTW... soon be uploading the version 0.6-2 that I changed the basic color prelight

allora io uso il mint-menu che come singolo menu è di molto migliore al gnome-main-menu è puoi personalizzare anche l'icona allora per installarlo su ubuntu usa questi comandi (una riga alla volta)

una volta installato aggiungilo al pannello fai destro su di esso e vai su preferenze nella casella "Pulsante icona" metti questa stringa

ciao per renderlo identico intanto devi scaricare le icone meliae svg che trovi qui

e anche queste che portano il link alle meliae:

le estrae entrambe in /home/tuonomeutente/.icons

poi seleziona il tema ubuntu-mono-light-maelie

installare avant-window-navigator e installa il tema che trovi tra i link (tema awn)

lo stesso fai con le icone (devi cambiarle una ad una)

mentre per finire il wallpaper lo trovi qua:
