Just wanted to say thank you for this! I voted for this feature on openFATE. I encourage others to. I have always thought KDE on openSUSE needed a green icon theme.
P.S. On openFATE some have suggested that the green color on this icon theme is too bright/vibrant, but I disagree. I think the color is great. - May 13 2012

I tried it with 3.4.2 but it still gave the same error.
I found oxygenrc inside the kdebase4-workspace-branding-openSUSE package. It is located at: /etc/share/kde4/config/oxygenrc
The contents are:
[Windeco]
BlendTitlebarColors=true
ShowStripes=true

When I try to disable the title bar (my windeco is oxygen) a window pops up saying:
[JavaScript Application]
Cannot read configuration file (oxygenrc)

Yes! This is the ONLY customization feature of Windows that I've missed since switching to Linux (and KDE) exclusively six years ago. I could never figure why this wasn't implemented because there is so much screen real estate available (especially now-a-days with monitors of very high resolution).
I hope this feature is eventually integrated into mainline KWin/KDE. - Feb 16 2011

well, i didn't necessarily mean literally port, which is why i put it in quotes. but could you look into it at some time, please? opera REALLY needs an oxygen theme like this one. the two that exist are incomplete, have issues and haven't been updated in ages. - Jan 10 2011

this is a very minor request.

in the about 2ManDVD dialog window the first line is "About ... 2ManDVDx.x".

could you put a space in between the name of the application and the version number like this:
