config.status: executing depfiles commands
You're missing OpenSLP, or the OpenSLP devel package.
Browsing in krfb and krdc will not be possible.
If you want browsing support in krfb, you should consider
installing it.
Have a look at http://www.openslp.org/ or find a binary
package for your platform.
You're missing the XMMS libraries, or the libxmms development package.
Without libxmms Kopete's NowListening plugin won't be able to talk to
the XMMS music player. If you want Kopete's NowListening plugin to
support XMMS, have a look at http://www.xmms.org/ or find a
binary package for your system.

But HOW can I install that? Please! It's not similar to others Kopete-style packages! - Dec 09 2005

KDE 3.5 Themes by -Europeen- 3 comments
but could you provide a "traditional" package installable via ./configure, make and make install? i'd like to create a debian package out of it, so that i could then safely remove this if you release a newer version, or if i have to make a dist-upgrade?
then, another question: which pakage have I to install to make my icewm windecs work properly? they're all in the right directory, under /MYHOME/.kde/share/apps/kwin/icewm-themes, but the IceWM option doesn't show up in the windeco tab of the control center... ;_;
thank you, bye bye! - Nov 28 2005

I have to make "buttomRightCornerBg.png", "rightFrameBg.png" and "topRightCornerBg.png" have the same width?
But if the windeco has a bottom rounded corner, which roundness exceed in width (and height) towards the inside of the window (sorry, not really an english speaker ^^), let's say a 10*10pixels image, will I have to make the bottom frame 10pixels tall and the right frame 10pixels wide? And what about the TopLeft/RightCorner images? you see from the screenshot that colours sharply change from bright to dark...
Thanks you very much!

I don'y know if this is the real output of the Milkesque patch:
(with iTunes)http://img252.imageshack.us/img252/8350/milkprova13qo.png
(without iTunes)http://img252.imageshack.us/img252/5058/milkprova4wn.png
I hoped it would have been more flat...
I used the given milkesque.baghira file, too... - Nov 16 2005

I actually can't notice the differences with the original one... oh well... maybe something... but the widget style in your screenshot is far more flat! how to obtain that?
thanks anyway :)

in my home folder there is an empty .baghira/.bab (both hidden and empty) folder, another directory (/usr/share/apps/baghira) contains only an image called "poof.png". nothing else... I'm on a kubuntu breezy system, and installed the big black cat from the repositories.
BTW, every time I was trying to install baghira from CVS (I tried on Hoary and Breezy, several times each), it returned a compile error... no way out with that, tried and retried.
can anyone help me? - Nov 13 2005

I know, because I tested it out.
ok, i'll try that make-unistall and so on, but I need to find some how-tos becauseI never did those commands before (my linux experience started not before this summer) ;)
ah, I don't think the problem came with the distribution upgrade: I used the same version of KDE as now. I think so also for the Qt libraries... tomorrow i'll check. thanks to all for the answers! - Nov 01 2005

I meant to post here because this problem regards stuff that can all be found here, and, as you see, this issues affect a good 10% minimum of the kde-look addicts. - Nov 01 2005

I had metatheme installed and quite working on hoary, but now that i have upgraded to breezy it does not show up in KcontrolCenter. and the style affects only the GTK apps.
I reinstalled it, with the prefix "/usr", as before, but it still doesn't work!
how can I do? i loved it ;_; - Oct 31 2005
