Right now there's no im-/export for the snippets.
But an easy way to copy snippets is by copying "~/.kde/share/config/katesnippetspluginrc" - Oct 30 2004

Hi, there is also a generic rpm and a source rpm available (thanks to Satish)
But one can only upload one file per project here...
