Icon Sub-Sets by n00bw00t 43 comments
There are already dropbox monochrome icons for gnome, but they do not match oxygen monochrome icons. - Dec 05 2010

I know that dropbox is not part of KDE, but i haven't found any matching icons for this app. System tray would look awesome with only monochrome icons.
Link to dropbox tray status icons: http://dl.dropbox.com/u/1012723/dropbox-icons.tar.gz
Thanks in advance! - Dec 05 2010

As for the xdg-open, i think i'll remove this check. KDE depends on xdg-utils so i think its not necessary.
Thanks for informing me about those issues, i'll upload new version asap! - Nov 21 2010

The only thing that you can try is turn off dropbox, delete ~/.dropbox and configure dropbox again. - Nov 05 2010

With disabled transparency GIMP looks like this:
http://dl.dropbox.com/u/1012723/gimp_opaque.png
GTK theme nicely blends with KWin deco
However when i enable transparency it doesn't blend anymore (which is pretty obvious as gimp doesn't use oxygen style):

Possibility to disable transparency of win deco for certain apps would allow to get the old consitent look for GTK apps.

I've got only one feature request - possibility to disable transparency for certain windows/applications (e.g. smplayer doesn't seem to work well with RGBA). It would be nice if this would work for both decoration and style so that an application would have the old opaque look if it's blacklisted. - Jul 21 2010

Well, maybe you're right. In next version i'll move script files to /usr/local/bin or /usr/bin. - May 18 2010

Dolphin Service Menus by hash87 124 comments
IMHO scripts should be placed in /usr/bin or /usr/local/bin as both of this paths are stored in $PATH variable. I myself never used/stored any scripts in $HOME/bin.
I was considering moving the scripts to /usr/local/bin but for now its easier to maintain and install for most users if both scripts and .desktop files are stored in servicemenu directory.
@jaitrum
I don't quite understand, the thing is scripts and .desktop files use now --localprefix as default (which is valid if you want to install servicemenu only for one user in ~/.kde4). If you want to install servicemenu system-wide then you can use install.sh which will change --localprefix to --prefix and copy files to e.g. /usr/share/kde4/ - May 17 2010

I will consider adding thunderbird to servicemenu (some kind of default email client autodetection would be best...).
As for sending message via KMess/Skype, im not sure how would this work? User would have to specify to whom send this message? Not sure how could this be done. - May 16 2010
