When you install Clementine using the Ubuntu .Deb package, it says that you need the package "libxine1-all-plugins"

So, when you install that package, all this are required:

gnome-mime-data
libgnomevfs2-0
libgnomevfs2-common
libxine1-all-plugins
libxine1-gnome

That's the only thing I need to love Clementine.

The Various Artist detection doesn't seem to work well.

I have a lot of movie soundtracks discs so it's usual to have a different artist for each song; all them are show under the artist in the collection and it's a mess.

Only one album was detected like various artist (don't know why).

Amarok 1.4 used to have a "show under various artist" entry in the menu.

Until then, any way to do it manually? - Feb 24 2010

I upgraded KDE in Kubuntu Karmic and Ayatana stopped working.

So I compiled Colibri and I can see the position settings in SystemSettings, but I don't see any notification, just the classic KDE ones.

When I select the "by tag" Stream, about 10 or 15 photos are downloaded and then I always see the slideshow of that photos, no new photos are downloaded. But, there are thousands of photos with that tags. Is there a limit? - Sep 25 2009

I did it, but no luck. I have white fonts on oxygen, elegance, etc, but no in Ghost.

I could only change the clock font, in his config.

I cann't get the icons work on Fedora 11 and gtk-qt-engine 1.1. The icons are in /usr/share/icons and I can see them all, but the font and icon config in the configuration file don't work.

I'm again with the problem of the "eternal rolling" plasmoid. No matters how many days I wait, or how many times I kill the kio_http's, it won't stop... If I'm lucky, it stops only when I restart the PC (not only KDE), but it's rolling again in minutes. - May 28 2009
