Unfortunately it doesn't show in the GTK theming settings KCM. I didnt understand the second question but as the screenshot show, everything I did was download the theme and move to /urs/share/icons (tried ~/.icons and ~/.local/share/icons before too)

I can't make the theme work. Extracting to ~/.local/share/icons or /usr/share/icons doesn't show the icon theme to select in System Settings. I'm using the latest Plasma 5.12.3, Arch Linux. - Mar 12 2018

So, it's just the traffic light buttons (window buttons) that are a bit more spaced than native gtk3/csd apps, then, its gonna be the reference for MacOS themes :D - Jan 27 2018

Hi! Your theme is close to perfet. I'm really enjoing it. I want to point out though, some inconsistencies:
- Decorators from apps like Telegram, Spotify, Firefox, Libreoffice have more than average separated window buttons
- Dark sierra has flat buttons, while light sierra has gradients.
- Lack of separators @ nautilus sidebar
