I am not sure that the fault is entirely with your theme. I know that killing it halted the memory leak, but the problem may actually be with superkaramba or xorg. I think I may have seen it happen before with another superkaramba theme as well. It may be the transparency. Not entirely sure. - Dec 30 2006

I really enjoyed using this theme, but unfortunately it has caused a serious memory leak in Xorg for me that will eventually fill my 1 GB and swap. The temporary pixmaps that are stored on refresh seem to accumulate without releasing again. It's a shame because this was a useful theme for me as I like to run amarok on my Desktop 2 and this theme on Desktop 1. - Dec 23 2006

There is no backstory. The pictures were taken in Iraq. That's all I said. The soldiers were not in combat or any battles. I know. I was there. The hand was an Iraqi's, not an American's. He was showing the markings in the stone. It is not a V and not for victory. But believe what you want.
The resason I felt the need to explain the purpose of the pictures was in response to the first post. Just for clarification. - Nov 08 2005

Ah, I see. The error comes up on one of the thunderstorms conditions. I have only noticed it on the one condition, but it is not displayed on the module right now, so I can't determine exactly which one. Great work, BTW. - Apr 10 2005

I have also run into the sky conditions language translation error with English selected. Also, I noticed at weather.com they offer a "feels like" temperature along with the true reading which some people might appreciate seeing added onto the popup details box. I know in some areas including mine, there can be quite a difference between "feels like" and actually recorded temps, and often the "feels like" temp is really more useful to know. - Apr 09 2005

Does anyone know how to activate the semi-transparency on the buttons? I was able to do it under Suse 9.2, but can't seem to figure out how to do it in 9.1. I can't remember if it's in a config file or in a menu option. Thanks. - Jan 30 2005
