I'd really recommend publishing only the icons that you altered, e.g. Power Manager and CPU freq. applet. Still you'd have to mark that you altered existing artwork and publish it under the proper license. All the other icons are just put together from other themes and as such not to be published by you. - Mar 27 2007

...I don't see in which way this really is a mod and in which way the icons are candy on cake. It's just Cobble with a blue menubar and Tango icons mingled with parts of jimmacs Gnome refresh. - Mar 24 2007
