Thank you for your work but
I found a problem in your script and get the next error message.

/usr/bin/pdftoppm_kmenu.sh: line 117: syntax error near unexpected token `('
/usr/bin/pdftoppm_kmenu.sh: line 117: `select () {'

When I make it select_ ()
the script works for the rest of the functions but not for the select () function of course.

What sudo settings are needed for this program.?
if I do:
user ALL=(ALL) NOPASSWD: ALL
I can use it but I do not want to give so much privilege.

when I do

user ALL=/sbin/mount , /sbin/umount
it is not working :-(

Maybe this site is better because it can recognise seperate mp3 ogg files.
(that is what they say).
And they include gpl software to do so.

../usr/share/mdk/faces
And there are available for all users

To show the root picture in Mandrakelogin
Edit ./usr/share/config/kdm/kdmrc
and remove ,Root in NoUsers=
