I will, but to my knowledge it still didn't hit repositories on any GNU/Linux distribution (including Mint and Arch), and what's exactly wrong at the moment with Cinnamon theme? It works well on Cinnamon 3.4 (just tested it), so i would prefer toa void updating until it hits stable repositories, and if current one works well, i would like to postpone update as much as I can (in hope that some of the Numix GTK bugs get fixed so I can do everything at the same time). - May 15 2017

Oh, no problem, yeah, it's one of the drawbacks of LTS. Theme is updated (last time 1 day ago) and now it should work well (both gtk-3.0 and 3.20+). So, i would suggest youto update to current version, since if some problems do not appear, I don't plan to update it in close future (1 month for sure).
Well, you convinced them to move, now take responsibility :). Jk ofc., it's easier to maintain all systems if they are at same OS, i agree. - Feb 10 2017

Oh, I see, it's Cinnamon theme, i could replicate it with changing sound level from keyboard (and getting OSD), thanks.
I will pay attention to it in next update, for now, you can change color in this line in cinnamon.css to #ffffff , here:

You're welcome, I didn't changed much to the original Mint-Y theme (except colors), it is great theme as it is, they done beautiful job. You can always use Numix-Colors and set icon theme to your likings :). - Feb 06 2017

I can't replicate problem (3.2.8-1), but I'm not sure what you mean by change audio? If that does not happen on Dark theme, then it's not Numix theme bug and is probably my mistake. You can post screenshot (if it's still possible here), so on next update I could pay attention to it and fix it if happens again. - Feb 06 2017

I did, it was weekend and had some time :). It's easy to change actually, you just need to digg around and learn few things and you can do it ofc. Proper way is from source code (I didn't do that way rn), plus this Cinnamon theme from Mint-Y is great as it is, they did awsome job, so very few things needed to be changed to begin with (just color), you're welcome. - Jan 29 2017

Old version works fine (you have two versions in download section). New version, I did not test, it should work with latest MATE desktop, but, there could be some bugs. - Jun 18 2016

I've only tested it on Arch (latest Gnome version), if it is a bug with the theme, it should behave the same with original Numix theme, try and see it, if it is, report a bug to the Numix project. Also, consider that 3.20 is not officially supported on Ubuntu 16.04, there is a reason why they use Files 3.14 in it, changing it to version 3.20 will result instability.
