No one else seems to have anything to say, but I really like this. It's nice, clean, simple and tasteful.

Thanks for making it. - Jul 03 2004

Of the three that you preview on your site, I like Kowloon best. Any timetable on having it for Gnome? Nice! - Jun 30 2004

I'm afraid I keep my desktop as boring as possible -- and this message board doesn't seem to allow uploads. Sensible. I'll see if I can purloin some space on a freind's server... - May 19 2004

Here's an idea: instead of placing the KDE letters over the scene, why not put a notebook PC (running KDE, of course) on the table? - May 18 2004

Icon Sub-Sets by dannya 149 comments

Unless I'm missing something, there don't seem to be icons for KConfigure or KMyMoney. Please consider adding these.

Also, KGet's system tray icon is still unchanged from my old theme, though Klipper reflects the new Flat artwork.

Finally, LinNeighborhood displays the Flat icon in the launcher, but not in the taskbar. Any idea why?

Thanks for a great set! Used with your Superkaramba themes, it makes my whole desktop feel "special" -- like something no Mac or Win user will ever get the chance to enjoy. And that's what this is all about, isn't it? Making us the "haves" instead of the "have-nots"! :-) - May 18 2004
UI enhancement (KDE 3.1.3)

Various KDE 1.-4. Improvements by equinoxe 139 comments

How do I use this? I've never dealt with a piece of software that's just two diff files before.

Is this meant to be used when compiling KDE? Or does it do something to an already compiled and installed KDE? (I run KDE 3.1.3 from Mandrake 9.2) - May 12 2004

Er, why does KMyMoney2 insist on the European date format exclusively when importing QIF data? This effectively prevents me from importing my Moneydance transactions as I get the (very repetitious) dialog saying it couldn't convert the date.

Or am I missing something? - May 11 2004

On a Mandrake 9.2 distro, Qt 3.1.2 & KDE 3.1.3, ./configure ran without errors, but make failed with this:

I compiled from source, and it runs. But, there is no option on the file menu to create a playlist. Did I miss something? - May 10 2004

This runs fine on my system: it gets the weather for my area and displays temperatures for the next 5 days, but no icons for the conditions (except the big icon for the current conditions, which displays fine). I'm using as my forecast source.

Should I have the icons stored in a specific directory? - May 09 2004
