thats because I was too lazy to compile the app - instead I just opended it with glade.

this requires the clearlooks-cairo engine, which was supposed to be shipped with gnome 2.14.
But since its now delayed this theme si pretty pointless.
You can use my Ubuntulooks Quicksilver in Ubuntu 6.06 if you like... - Apr 17 2006
