Why don't you post it on the Mozilla website as an Add-on theme?
I think that could be really great (and for once it will be a theme "for Linux only", I'm trired of these "for Windows® only"). - May 08 2009

Plasma 4 Extensions by wintered 35 comments
When trying to install the plasmoid (this version or the old one, i.e. Stockoid), I get a CMake error. Since I didn't find anything on the internet I was wondering if someone could help me out. Here's the error I get:
-- Found automoc4: /usr/bin/automoc4
CMake Error at /usr/share/kde4/apps/cmake/modules/FindPackageHandleStandardArgs.cmake:53 (MESSAGE):
Could not find REQUIRED package Plasma
Call Stack (most recent call first):
/usr/share/kde4/apps/cmake/modules/FindPlasma.cmake:30 (FIND_PACKAGE_HANDLE_STANDARD_ARGS)
CMakeLists.txt:4 (find_package)
-- Configuring done
Both files exists, and I haven't found anything regarding OpenSuSE and that error.
Any help would be appreciated, thanks! - Oct 14 2008

Please have respect for art, especially because you shouldn't talk about stuff you don't know. In fact, if you knew art, than you wouldn't have this kind of comment. - Dec 13 2006

KDM3 Themes by N-0-X 11 comments
But the first goal of this theme was to create a discreet theme where everything is hidden. At first, I even wanted to hide the username and password boxes so you HAVE to know where they are is you want to login. I though adding the "NSA" background could give an even more mysterious look to the theme. ;) - Dec 09 2006

When I install a theme, I copy the files of the theme directly into the root directory. It maybe isn't thet best solution because you maust be root to do that, but that'swho I do it on my machines.
To do so, extract the archive directly in your KDE share/apps/kdm/themes root directory. The problem though is that that directory changes depending on your platform. I haven't got Suse Linux, but under my Gentoo Linux, it is in /usr/kde/3.5/share/apps/kdm/themes . The you have to edit the "all users" (root) kdmrc file (which, for me, is in the kdm directory in /usr/kde/3.5/config/ ).
Another alternative is maybe to create the directories and files in your home directory. I'm not sure that works though ... :/
ANy other idea, anybody? - Dec 09 2006

All that matters to me is that some people like it, and that I had fun creating it (even though I had a hard time at the beginning because there are NO tutorials anywhere on how to make a KDM Theme).
Anyways, thank you for your comment, I appreciate that. ;) - Dec 08 2006
