I found some utilities set their color settings from system default.
Open Office is one of them.
Do as follows.
click Tools->Options in menu.
If you can see option dialog, it works.
click LibreOffice(or OpenOffice)->Appearance.
You will find Custom colors section and Document background.
This setting is automatic(system default) by default.
change it to white, then You can enjoy Open Office in WYSIWYG.
