But I notice that GNOME Configuration native application is buggy ONLY with dark themes, in all their variants (purple, blue, green and red). It shows up entirey white and renders unusable.
This doesn't happen with other GNOME native applications like tweaks or extensions.

Is it possible to add a fifth variant, let's call it 11-Flat-Remix-GTK-Blue-Darkest-Solid-WhiteShadow? I like the darkest variant very much, but I don't like the white border.

That's why I only reported applications that have standard packages in official repositories (at least in my Linux distribution). Flathub is not an official repository of any distribution, so you are not supposed (nor anybody can expect) to have an icon for all and each one of the applications at Flathub. I just used Flathub hyperlinks for a quick look of the icon.
I noticed that Oracle SQL Developer's icon is not missing, which is very unusual. I guess that you're also a software developer, as I am, that's why I suggested to include Oracle SQL Data Modeller to you, as well.
Finally, Shortwave is a an excellent replacement for gradio, but his creator hasn't still created a rpm or a deb. We'll have to cope with the flatpak app a little longer... :(
Again, excellent work!

In white themes, windows project a black shadow above windows that are below. That makes their contours distinguishable. Is it possible to make black windows project a white shadow? That would make their contours visible in such dark themes like this. - Oct 22 2020

In Fedora 32, folders and mimetypes are displayed ok, but application icons are not displayed. Default Adwaita's icons are displayed instead.

Could you add icons for SQL Developer (https://www.oracle.com/database/technologies/appdev/sql-developer.html) and SQL Data Modeler (https://www.oracle.com/es/database/technologies/appdev/datamodeler.html), please? By the way, I found a theme that perfectly suits Candy Icons/Sweet Folders/Sweet Theme. It can be found at https://unsplash.com/photos/WTjoXtFZ2fw

Could you add new icons for Shortwave (https://flathub.org/apps/search/shortwave) and Foliate (https://flathub.org/apps/details/com.github.johnfactotum.Foliate), please?
Besides, I think Geary/Evolution icons should be flattened.

Instructions here: https://github.com/adapta-project/adapta-gtk-theme
Gedit: Copy adapta.xml in adapta-gtk-theme-gedit package to ~/.local/share/gtksourceview-3.0/styles (create directories if necessary). Set syntax highlighting via Preferences > Fonts and colors.
Use in combination with Dash to Dock Gnome Shell extension, Tweak-tool, etc. to customize it.
There is also a theme for Firefox and Telegram, although I didn't test them.
