Nope, no dependencies. If you don't have internet connectivity before the screenlet polls weather.com then there might be a delay. Just hit refresh. Does the black background of the screenlet get displayed, is it only the images that are not showing up? Have you tried running it in a terminal? What sort of warnings or errors are you getting?
