Icon Sub-Sets by systemx 90 comments

Is there any way Mozilla can use this color scheme and icons? I use Orbit 3+1 scheme. If I switch to something else like Nautipolis, then although the colors somewhat match the rest of the desktop, the menu fonts are too small. The default for Orbit is bluish interface color which does not match this - Aug 02 2003

Which Desktop Icon Font did you use? What color did you set the font for? It does not seem like its pure white. What RGB values did you select for the font? I have tried almost all the fonts on my KDE 3.1.3, but none of them look so smooth as this. Please tell me the size of the font as well. - Aug 01 2003

And I'd like to see a strong optional drop-shadow for the start menu. Yes I know that KDE 3.1 will have drop shadows for the menu, but what about a stronger drop shadow for the start menu? What do people think? - Oct 21 2002
Dynamic Menu

The menu looks beautiful. One thing that my 0.02 cents tell me that this menu (and the one from XP) is for stupid users only (Grandma?). Experienced Linux geeks like us are okay with the current menus.

So does Grandma really care about uptime, logged in users etc?

KDE 3.x Splash Screens by ftz 4 comments

The "how to install" points me to how one installs a splash screen under KDE....not a system boot screen. Wanna correct it? - Sep 08 2002
