This is a very elegant theme, goes well with linux mint :)

I have a suggestion, could you please make the scroll to have more contrast than its background, or add a little decoration (e.g. a line etc) so that it stand out. This will make it easer to catch the scroll bar using the mouse :)

I am happy that the problems are fixed SO QUICKLY...

I like the rounded B5 edition -- a bit round, not too round like apple's button :D Also, the tab color change is good!

A question: is the B5 edition not as "glossy" (or not as shiny as) the original edition? Is it a kind of "carbonite" edition? or it is my incorrect feeling? - Nov 05 2008

I personally love the LOOK & FEEL of KDE, however it is very hard to be customed to the way it works.

I was just about to report this same bug as I just upgraded ff3...

It is shocked to know that Rob no longer uses gnome :(

I have (tried) to switch to kde several times in history, but cannot get used to it up to now...

hi rob,

glad to find several of your themes here. I have a suggestion. Could you avoid using the wizard factory to illustrate the theme?
Or simply provide more images beside the wizard factory?

I feel that a normal linux- desktop-in-action such as nautilus, firefox etc gives me much more realistic feeling of the theme...

I am really supprised by the speed you fix bugs!

Just another suggestion: the SlicknesS emerald theme's window title font is too blurred, and very unconfortable for the small title font setting.

I suggest you modify it in the theme. But this is trivial, I just did it in emerald theme manager.

For the sake of Rob's high-quality standard... ;)

I know it is VERY difficult for dark themes, and as I said SlicknesS is already the best as regard to quality (design is also the best, but there are many excellent designers on gnome-look ;))

I found another black on black problem, it happens with FireFTP (firefox plugin).

Very nice. I love dark themes, especially the one like this. I also used Moomex etc, but NONE of these themes I tried is close to SlicknesS.

Black text on black background is a nightmare!

This theme is THE best dark theme I've ever seen. It is so delicately designed and well implemented, every aspects of detail has a fine touch...

However, I found one annoying problem:

I like this seem very much, it is nearly perfect -- the best dark theme I have ever seen...

A question about this emerald theme: how can I make the window border semi-transparent, like the aero effect (your sample image is like that).

I can use alt+scroll, but that will make window content transparent, which is not what I want.
