As descripted "Requires that Amarok 2 is configured to use MySQL as storage" you need to install MySQL and configure your Amarok to use it, because "Amarok-Moodbar-File-Creator" scans the audio-files out from the database to generate the moodfiles. You need help to do that?

"Repeat" turns on "Repeat Track", definitely wrong, I would expect "Repeat Playlist".
"Random" switched on "Random Albums", I feel correct with "Random Tracks".
Would not it be good to be able to define the modes within a ComboBox?

Would be nice when m3u playlist files are supported to load.
Thanks. - Nov 02 2008
First thanks for your great work, one of my fav script.
But recently it does not work anymore.
The BPM column gets not updated after song change.
I have tested the tools ffmpeg/flac and soundstretch within the bash, and they work well.
But if i manually calculate the BPM, the result gets not written back to the column.
Perhaps the error is in use of DCop?

Installed pyton 2.5 but the same error occur. Are there more new dependencies?
I used already previous versions of weekalarm witch are working.
Btw. the new script says:"Depends on: Python 2.2, PyQt"

Tried this new version, but after starting it stops with:
File "/home/user/.kde/share/apps/amarok/scripts/weekalarm/weekalarm.py", line 187
class DcopAmaroK():

SyntaxError: invalid syntax

Nice idea for amarok.
And thanks for your activity.
By me has the returned path a dot in the path.
My media drives are mounted. Amarok stores as Device the path to the mount-point and the filenames starts with a Dot. This simply concatenated is what ciuIt adds to the playlist.
I cant php, but i have see your comment about to remove these dot, seems to be not function.
Maybe it is a short correction i need to put to the script if you tell me what.
