To get the floating design of the top panel, did you use the Latte Dock 0.10? How high in pixel is the panel so that the edges are perfectly round?
There is a category in the KDE Store for Latte Dock layouts, please make this available to the community, thank you.

Analyzing its disclosure image, when the Dolphin window is inactive, the icon is black and the text is white, when the window is active, both are white, which I think would be correct in both situations.
Would that be a bug?

I'm not sure if it is really misaligned, it may be an optical illusion with that specific icon.
Perhaps to disguise this illusion and combine better with the other elements of the theme, the best would be a square background with slightly rounded corners.

I would like to make a few small observations, the title bar seems to be in a different color, the Kvantum version deserves an option with the Dolphin 100% blur background, as in the first Windows 10X based theme you made, the bottom of the selected Dolphin buttons is not vertically aligned. - Mar 24 2020

In the first screen capture of the theme's disclosure image, we can see that the background of the application launcher's search field does not have the blur effect applied, is this a theme or applet problem?

I would love to see a package of icons of your own, with another design that I really like, which are minimalist icons with only contour lines, the few that exist here, have few icons, are unfinished and abandoned.
In my opinion the ideal recipe for this icon design would be using continuous contour as in "OieIcons", but a single color, different for each icon as in "Hey Icons".
