No, I'm not able to get the system tray to appear in kicker's system tray applet. I compiled fluxbox with --enable-kde and --disable-kde, but I got the system tray to appear in fluxbox's toolbar both time :(

If you grab the CVS version of the DR16, and set KDEWM=/usr/X11/bin/enlightenment, you can actually use the kde's system tray applet with E. It works just as well as kwin. I tried it myself just a few days ago. Give it a try!! - Nov 18 2004
