Most annoying app EVER!! Keeps spamming "useless" terminal codes every 10 sec's. And no icon appears in you panel, so you can't turn it of easily, or change the preferences so that it won't mega-spam you. Uninstalled it through synaptic, but after that it just kept spamming me with with error messages, instead of "tips". Damn.... Too annoying to be true. Wow, just wow. - Jan 26 2011

I can get this installed... I extracted the .tar package and tried to install it in "Appearance", but all I get is; ...Doesn't seem to be a valid theme package", I like the theme, but I can't seem to install it. Is it broken? Help is appreciated. - Dec 23 2009

Hey mate.
The theme look great, but as one of the folders in the preview looks pixilated I was wondering if they were vector-based? (Hope they are as it would keep icons from being pixelated, if the end up in a dock or something else that requires scalable icons). Keep up the good work! - Sep 16 2009

the "another-link"-link works, but it's a 653.53 KB file with only a .jpg file in it. The other links, witch links to a file of 18.81Mb doesn't work for me, and I don't have any ad-blockers or other weird download managers/blockkers.
I'll just have to drop it. Good work though, and keep it up. - Sep 06 2009

The theme looks great, but none of the download links seem to work.
It just sits there saying "Your download is starting.. ", but nothing happens. - Sep 04 2009

Anyone go the scale window arrows working? Seems like everything but those work fine... I installed the theme by extracting it and placing it in the ~.icons folder. Could this be the wrong way to install it? Help is appreciated. - Aug 17 2009

Hey. If you still have trouble with the trash- and volumeicon having black background color, you can correct easily: Right click the panel and go to preferences, check solid color and choose what you like(I'm guessing white), and your troubles are over.

This theme rocks!! The best I've seen so far, and I can't imagine anything exceeding this.

Thanks for the superb theme!! - Jun 15 2009

I found out how to solve the problem with the drop shadow. If you only have Vertical shadow from your window's its most likely not a problem with this particular theme but with emerald itself. I found out that if the shadow-radius it set to above approximately 14 it dosen't show horizontal shadow. So just adjust it to below 14, and everything should work fine. You adjust the shadow-radius undewr the emerald theme manager-edit themes. Hope this helps other who experience a similar problem. Keep up the good work. I really like the theme. - Jan 25 2009

Sorry. Can't help you there. I'm not using the theme myself as I have problems with the drop-shadow. Good luck figuring out how to get it working properly. - Jan 20 2009

It's in the repositories... Open synaptic and search for qtcurve... Install it, and run it from System-Preferences-QT 4 settings. - Jan 20 2009

You need emerald-theme manager installed to use the theme. You can install it via Synaptic (Just search for emerald). After that download the Yakano - Beryl/Compiz-Themes and extract it anywhere you like. Launch emerald from System-Preferences-Emerald Theme Manager, click import and find the appropriate theme. Hope this helps. - Jan 19 2009

Hi. The theme looks awesome... But I have a problem with the drop-shadow.(It's probably just me, or else I'm sure that someone else would have noticed). There's only drop-shadows from the windows on the sides, and an rather ugly sharp border at the top and bottom where the drop-shadow just disappears. The theme is great but I won't be using it because of the error with the shadow. Any idea what could be causing it, or better yet how to fix it? - Jan 13 2009

Great man! Really looking forward to it. It's going to be sweet! And that's what I call a fast reply. - Dec 11 2008

Wow. I really like the theme form the top screenshot, but I'm not a big fan of transparent borders. It would be really sweet if you made one that was just plain solid light-blue. I for sure would use it straight away. Really nice work though. Keep it up. - Dec 10 2008
