I found the wallpaper on www.deviantart.com and modified its colours. Unfortunately I forgot the name of it. :)
The xfwm theme is mire. (There's also a metacity theme.)

Thank god it's not vistaish. :)

I have only two complaints.
- Use a screenshot that shows more widgets next time. :)
- Lists have no alternate color.
