Its easy, download archive and extract archive in folder .themes in home. Then reload theme via alt+f2 type r and enter. After start gnome-tweak tool, choose themes tab and... Well look here

Ivan. Well I cant find any metacity theme to fit my desktop in a way that I preferred, so Emerald was only solution.
