I've managed to fix this problem. Just add widget_class "*.<GtkTreeView>*" style "progressbar" and progress bars in TreeViews will look as good as real progress bars. - May 30 2008

argh.. it was built on 2.6.24 kernel in gutsy, hence the libc dependency. Try building it from source then - May 28 2008
