Steps to install this theme:
Click the "download" link
Save the KTH file somewhere you can find it
Open KDE's Control Center (KMenu->Control Center)
Click on "Appearence & Themes"
Click on "Theme Manager"
Click on "Intall new Theme"
Locate the file you just downloaded (when you click on the newly installed theme you may see: "This theme does not contain a preview", that's ok)
Click "Apply" to apply the Theme
In a second or two your theme should change
If you follow these steps and still have problems, please let me know.

I just downloaded, unpacked, and installed the tar ball. I restarted KDE but I don't see the Metabar. Is there something else I have to do?
I typed:
./configure
make
make install clean
???
I'm using FreeBSD 5.4 and KDE 3.4.
