First let me say thank you so much for doing this. You have made many people very happy with your previous work and I'm sure even more with this upgrade. I think Crystal icon theme is the base, and there are several derivatives. I know there is one for KDE also but I dunno if its the same thing. I am currently using the KDE one on my KDE desktop and the one we're discussing on my laptop in Mate. I don't see any .svg files in either but I could be mistaking because I'm new to KDE but it the KDE one is much newer then the original. Also, I dont know how much different kde icon themes are from gnome but I use both on gome and both on kde they appear interchangeable to me... thank you again!!! - Oct 31 2020
If I could make a request for a re-work of an olc icon set to go with a slightly lighter theme. Its called Crystal Remix. Its a very nice set of 3D icons but it has not been maintained in years and has the weird scaling issues that Azenis did until you worked your magic on them. And thank you for your work, I thought 3D icons were a thing of the past. I dislike very much this "flat" look. Its so boring. Thank you again for keeping these icons and themes alive!!!

Back in the day i sued Gnome, then switched to Mint Mate but now they have switched to 100% GTK3 thus Mate is not so good. 2 weeks ago I switched to KDE. Its spectacular in many ways (still not gold old Gnome 2). Its a learning curve but after the initial hurdles i find the it has enormous customization's and i sure would love to see you writing themes for KDE. My guess is that you could make KDE out of this world! - Oct 26 2020

Some of the best icons ever made for linux. Unfortunately its old and has not been updated. Icon scaling and new applications have issues... I have been hoping for several years that someone would update this easily # 1 icon theme but my hopes have been dashed :-( lol lol. I still hold out that one day.... maybe one day... we will all get an update!

Awesome theme! Thank you. Easy install, Works out of the box no issues. More complete than most other themes. Very well done. I just have one suggestion... Make the text colour a bit brighter. Its hard to see on higher resolution screens. One of the best themes available, hands down!
